Hey everyone. Welcome to my first blog! It’s really early in the morning and I’m already hard at work to bring you our Sept issue. It’s quite a challenge since we’re moving up from 48 pages to 72 pages this issue but it’s so worth it. We’ve got more of eveything for you and quite honestly, I’m loving this next issue!

Okay, so we were going to keep it a BIG secret until we went to press but I’m dying to talk about the featured celeb on our next KEWL Cover. See, we don’t just put ANYONE on our cover. They have to be DOING something special at the time the magazine comes out. And since we only feature ONE person as our main celeb, choosing the right person is really important to us.

So who is it? Well, a lot of you already know him, in fact your walls might even be plastered with pictures of him. Others of you may have heard his name or seen his picture but he’s not exactly a household name for you… YET. Well we’re guessing before too long, everyone will know exactly who he is. Ready? It’s Ryan Sheckler, pro skateboarding champ. He’s 17 years old and his new MTV show The Life of Ryan an debuted on Monday night at 10:30pm.

If you missed it, you seriously need to tune in next Monday night. So it’s on a bit late, but you can either record it OR if you check out the website, you can watch the first episode. It’s really good! Ryan is amazingly cute and really down to earth. Oh, and tell your parents that it’s totally PG. I wasn’t sure it would be since it’s a reality TV show and all but they kept it clean. And I’m just telling you now… If you watch this show, you might just end up having the biggest crush on Ryan. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

So I’m curious if anyone else caught “The Life of Ryan” premiere. If so, I’d love to hear your comments about Ryan and what you thought of the show!
